This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Incremental Greatness (“Company”) for the use of our software applications and services.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for your personal or business purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
- Redistribute or resell the software
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
3. Intellectual Property
The software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Incremental Greatness.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
